My Week in Pictures: Five for Friday! (GIVEAWAY!)

Happy Friday Everyone!

Here is a little peek into my week:

#1
We have been getting into the swing of things in school and in our Science time I had the students brainstorm in small groups what they think science is....

Then, I gave them construction paper in white, tan, and green, and asked them to create a "mad scientist"...I pre-cut the green lab coats, but other than that, they did all the cutting...turned out SUPER CUTE!!! And, they had some great ideas for what science is to them....

It's that time again...time for me to bust out my super-sized dice for math class....my students are always more engaged and more excited when I can involve my big dice :)

I made this one last year and use it when I am modeling games or when students are playing in teams. I made it using a square gift box and white butcher paper. Just wrapped, tapes, and colored the black dots. Easy Peasy! :)

#3
My newest creation in the kitchen!!! It got great reviews from my husband and I loved it too.

#4

Unfortunately, crazy weather mixed with new student germs and talking ALL week and at curriculum night has all left me with a VERY sore throat....luckily, I found this amazing tea.
Mix it with honey and some ginger root....works wonders!

I am becoming a much stronger leader and a more immersed teacher. I know it's because of all the ideas and outlets I have through blogging and TpT to share and create with others. 3. I love the mad scientists! I really like how you let the kiddos create the scientist themselves. One of my pet peeves is seeing art projects in the hallway that all look the same! These show the kids' creativity wonderfully!

So glad you found my blog, so I could read yours!
